Flyff P-Server Errors :(

Could some1 help me please, I'm currently working on a Flyff private server V15.
But when i log in everything is fine, char selection to, but when i enter the world it gets stuck at connecting please wait for 15 mins .
Look at attachments for error log.

what would you except.. you leeched.. go to the forum where you leeched and read a tutorial on how to set it up...
