Download the archive in the post, click on the .DLL file and drag it to your desktop.

Download an injector such as PerX, I actually think the hack comes with an .exe (double click the .exe) then launch CrossFire.

Press the coresponding keys to activate the functions, such as F5 F6 F7, etc.
