Two mod questions

I have two questions.
First, Gun camos. I have the codes, but where, and in what form, do I insert them into my mod? I've been looking for examples and can't find anything. Help?

Two, I need a simple Admin/Kick menu. I've found a few, did what I was told, script error. Yes I've added my name, no color tags, I just think I'm missing something. Help?

camo numbers: 0 none, 1 woodland, 2 desert, 3 arctic, 4 digital, 5 urban, 6 red tiger, 7 blue tiger, 8 fall

typical gun code:

self giveWeapon( "cheytac_heartbeat_thermal_mp", 3, false )

the number "3" sets the gun to have the Arctic camo..I think "false" is the boolean that sets whether or not the gun will be akimbo.

For the admin/kick menu I just use the Admin Tool from mw2admin(dot)tk , works great for me.
