If my alt got bannd for hacking, would they ip ban, so i cant play on my main? if they did, how could i get around this?

If One of your accounts is banned, They Will not necesarrily IP ban you, If You are Still Able to Start Crossfire, Then Try Logging Into Your Main.
If They Do Happen To IP ban You Use A Proxy/IP Changing Program.
The First Few On Google Search Are Safe, There are Also IP Hiders available On MPGH. (Or There were.)

They don't have IP ban. Just exactly acc will be banned.
