Hey guys i need some help with server tools/menus...I need to find out how they work and if you can use them with liberation and how do you get the console up when you are on it if you are not using liberation?

i have tryed server tools with liberation maybe i didnt do it right...do i add the folder to the same place i would put the mods for liberation?
