Check youtube I know there are many videos out there showing you many different ways to speed up your CPU and keep it clean .

To Uninstall Programs that you don't need anymore use Your-Uninstaller, Great Product! It cleans the Registry of that programs files!

Software can only do so much, Speed comes from hardware you have, Removing Dust from Inside Your PC Tower may help, If you have a laptop just remove as much dust as you can from the Vents by using a Vacuum!

I do that regularly.
Just like every 3 months though since where my PC is, it's ventilated and away from dust since I have the Ionic Breeze Shit in the 1st floor of my house and I sweep / mop almost 3 times a week, personally.
