just reinstall CA it should fix the problem

reinstall as weedthesa said and if it still fucks up try deleting some of your shit(you know you have too much shit on your computer everyone does unless they have a terrabyte these days)
run virus scans etc.
and if it still don't work then you just can't run it anymore
check n see if you can even run ca

Most likely your hdd is too full and cant handle the new update, get rid of unused programs and do a disc clean and defrag, that should solve the problem if it's your hdd.
Remember to delete your Nexon folder in RegEdit also
