Need help with VMWare

Need help with VMWare
I refered to glitch's guide on how to farm with VM ware (stickyed on tutorial thread and i followed EVERY step but when i run crossfire it just crahes. Any help?

Tried reinstalling, confige once more ur vm ware?

Check your pc configs too, see if have everything to work on your machine.
