Microsoft Visual C++ 6 (Won't use .net since people don't seem to have it)

If command line compiling was faster i'd use it, but just hitting F7 is faster.

Well, C++ would be 100 times more fun if it was a true visual environment with drag and drop components.

MAC OS X also has a good visual environment ^^ (xcode for example)
