I dont think there should be a post count for hacks. If there is one maybe 50 post's max.

Only leechers will care if there is a post count lol

or Dave can ban those registered a long time ago with 0 posts.

Making it a required post count will cause people to spam random things download the hack, and not care if they get banned. Hence they could just make a new account.
