A combined total of 18 minutes of how to quick scope? Its really not that hard, jump and hold down l1 while looking at your enemy and press r1 right before the entire scope comes up.

Well for the new comers to MW2 18 minutes might be too little as well.

The Way I quick scope is to scope and as soon as the aim assist snaps, I shoot!

this is very nice, but quick scoping is fuck hard to learn verbally or anything like that, the trick is know how to hardscope, get pro, and start quick scoping naturally.
