Can a mod/minion/admin help?

I read the teamviewer thread and I'm not exactly sure how to do it so I'm doing it here. If someone could help, that has a title that I said in the title then that would be great. I have asked other people from the site and I still have nothing. My Combat Arms won't load at all. The installer and the patcher are just blank white... I'm hoping that someone could look at it and try to give me some results or help me with it. If you would like then I could try to add a screenshot.
