When you're editing/posting, click the little world with the chainlink and add the URL, press okay, and the highlighted text is what you change to whatever you want. For a image do the same, but when you get to the highlighted text, add an image with the image tags.

do this

example mpgh.net fills in for link goes here

and the text would be LOL CLICK ME
