[SOLVED] Recording Programm e.t.c

Hello MPGH. I was wondering if anyone could help me.With what programm u record Cross Fire? and with what programm u edit the Videos.If it is possible anyone could give me a link to the programms for Record/Edit and some tuts.Thanks in advance

If you want a good recorder get fraps. Then for the editing part, if you're skilled enough, try and get Adobe After Effects. Right now, those are the best programs that give you awesome montages.

I used to have Fraps and thanks for the help but when i use fraps my FPS is BUT! I have done format to my laptop and put for OS Windos 7 Ultimate x86 and i have less than 10 programms in the pc..but i still have sucky fps.Anyway i used to have Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 and 9.0 but it was quite difficult to use them.i will try Adobe After Effectsany other recommendations?
