With my slow PC I use fraps and I get 30-40 fps and no lag but with any other program I get like 2-3 FPS and way too much lag so I say fraps
ZD soft doesn't decrease your FPS .
The FRAPS is better, get it!
Fraps for recording and after effects for editing good luck
