You've got to merge the ICSharp dll into your finished .exe or it will return errors, it's a required reference.

Dude...I already added it to reference but its giving that error only at my friends computers not at mine

I know, if you read what I said "dude" you'd realise I said you need to MERGE the .dll with your FINISHED .exe in the release folder before giving it to other people. Otherwise it won't work.

Download .NET reactor or use ILMerge, just google them

I even made a tutorial + release for ILMerge in this section.
