Task Manager and stuff

i dont know if this thread belong to this section but read it ^^

so i downloaded a hacking program to hack share_cash.com
and it was a spyware i deleted the spyware using Avast, Jiangmin and Spyware Doctor.

but still i have a problem

1.when i try runing "Task Manager" it says "Task Manager Has Been Disabled By Admininstrator".

2.there is the "Start" button down at the left corner of the computer screen and when i press it there should be the thing called "Run" (with it u are runing stuff >_>) and it dissapered.

3.also the Control Panel Dissapered.

4.the right button of my mouse allmost doesnt work when i click it.

5.when im in some folder and i press "Tools" it doesn't show all the tools

hope u guys can help me

Go into safe mode and scan. Report back if it's also disabled in safe mode, the process might take a bit longer then (and I'm too lazy to type it out now) /

Insert installation DVD.
Proceed to partition screen.
Delete C:
New C:
Format C:
Install on C:

Fixed.

yeah well im not gonna reinstall evry thing -.-

Ok, can you access regedit? If you can just remove the startup processes, check your startup folder as well. Oh and if that doesn't work I'm too lazy to teach you how to make a WinPE recovery thingy, so just get this: AVG Ireland - AVG Rescue CD. Download, burn and boot. Or just use a usb stick. And sorry for the delay, general got interesting

Oh and don't get the Irish version, dunno why it came up

i tink i will reinstall evrything since nothing helps

Did you try to live session AVG? If that didn't work you have a ton of others out there, no need to reinstall everything

If the live sessions don't work but you don't want to reformat everything (quite rightly) the maybe try a system restore.
If that doesn't work there is a way that is often overlooked that could help you...
but first try the system restore and report back please
