The teacher asked me to do a homework so i have to look for a conjecture and a counterexample to it so could anyone help me?

Counterexample- An example that disproves a conjecture.
Example:
Conjecture: I have a three yellow pencils, and no others, therefore all pencils are yellow.
Counterexample: A red pencil.
