APB is officially closed now permentally. Might as well close this section. It is sorta funny because people related to games are calling this one of the biggest fails in video game history . So yea just close this section since APB ain't coming up no more

This section should be kept open a bit longer. Official APB may have closed but there are now private servers going. I don't recall the site since I didn't bother to try it out, but I'm pretty sure its actiondistrict dot something(most likely com). Google it... I've heard there are a couple private servers being started though.
