hello I'm new to mods and idk how to use them yet so i kinda need help um here a few questions do they patch? And do they work? Also how to use the mods? I'm a noob so yeah 
u have to put the mod on you CA folders it mean your CA game Folder
Some mods have been patched but nothing more then 10%.
To use mods you either have to inject them with a special mod injector or place them in your CA "Game" folder.
.rezs may be placed in the game folder
Any others must be injected.
