[Help]Text in new window[Solved]

hey, i need help, i want a new window to come up with some text when i press a button for example. i press 'HELP' then a new window opens (without closing the old one)
also how do i make it so when i press a button it opens up the users main internet browser (i.e; Fire Fox)
