[Solved]Adding custom sounds

hey guys,

I'm kinda new to modding and stuff, but I have a little question:
Is it possible to add custom sounds to a server like when the game ends?
If it possible then how?

No, nope and no way.

- You can't make people download sounds on joining your game so that is impossible.

well. you can use different sounds.
but only if its a mw2 sound which have everyone.
like ending a game with the level up sound can be possible.
