ignore the people saying only the hacks matter. appearance is always a nice bonus, it also makes the creator feel better about their work.
few suggestions:
1] there needs to be different sections with drop down menus. the reason is cuz a lot of players play on a low resolution setting for better gameplay and this makes longer d3d hacks not display all of the content while in game.
2] maybe make a topic for the best 3 colors players like [1st color: title (example: aeroman's d3d), 2nd: hack section titles (example: d3d, player, px, etc), and 3rd: the actual hacks (example: wallhack, no recoil, etc)]
3] after u get a lot of 3 best color layouts, make a poll for everyone to vote.
4] allow people to change the background transparency.

How about putting a nice picture from a hot girl as background?
In my opinion the menu should be transparent. The WarCock hack is nice and simple. You should also change the font again into something simple. The less space it takes up the better. Pick colors that people will see but dont make them too bright and with too much contrast so people go blind.

I would change the colours to something a tad bit more humane ... maybe a very dark grey background (or a transparent black / dark grey one) and a bit darker letters. And change the font, this one is too big (imo).
I'd say Red Background with Blue Font !
