Thinking if Cod 7 wont have hackers?

Hey guys im here today im gonna tell u about Black Ops. I thought that COD Black Ops was NOT going to have mods or hacks please read this. Im thinking it would probably be impossible to mod servers for COD: Black Ops because they already came out with "Wager Matches", which means you can play a custom gametype, like "GunGame", "One In the Chamber", "Sticks And Stones", and the one where you cycle your weapon. Which looks like to me IW has added some "Mods" people created like "Gun Game" but IW has added some mods so Im thinking It would be impossible to mod on COD Black Ops. And I wouldnt hack on Black Ops!! So they will probably come out with the Aimbot and Wallhack but im Not hacking on it. Tell me what you thought in the comment section below. Well probably its going to be clean,i just dont get why dont they use PB which is allot better!

1. Treyarch has announced mod-tools.
2. It's using VAC, so the question if anyone going to hack is nonsense. There may be less hackers, but hacking will be as easy as in mw2.
