After several times i got it to work, you have to use diffirent shiping adresses and open in private mode.

ok guys heres how u do the offer.(pls thank me if it helped)
to many ppl have been using same info u know from the 13k sometrics release from halox or who that guy is? hes adress info was 151 w essex ave and i used it everywhere but when i used it it just puted me to end page so i didnt get reward... than i went on google typed in 150 (not 151) w essex ave and it trew me a bunch of adresses i used one of them and it gave me to credit card info (for me only works the 4th credit i tried others not correct or denied) well anyways also another thing when u click on hes pic of proof the name of survy says one spirit offers... but when u look at offer image it says get 4 books for 1$... so i did both kind of same so.. anyways i did lit like 3 mins ago and il let u know if i got reward if nothing works try this if u dont understand soemthing im not from america or england so...

note: i used open window without remembering history.
