So can i contact z8 thru the game (whisper) or msn?
i dont have xfire
and if i can thru msn, can u give me names? thx

Open up a spare account and contact support.
Be prepared to give old email address and security answer and password.
Also be prepared to give eveidence of any deposits you have made.
This worked for me.
Also a second time when it happened to me I just stole my acc back!
