can someone make a matrix login with the like green codes on it going down?

lol u want that the codes are moving ?? i think thats impossibile to do .... but wehn u build it in jpg and change it o .TGA it can working but i dont realy know.
Wehn u just want the gren codes i can build it fore you

I want it too ... is there one to make a login with the codes and the actors (Neo,Trinity,Morpheus) if there one to make this its useful for me and other matrix fans :P

It thought about it, an no, you can't. Even if you first save it as a .gif, when you'll save it as a .tga, it will be only a picture.
