Combat Arms Support?

Hi all, i got my main account banned in combat arms and it has been for about 2 months. I have been trying to get it unbanned by calling nexon because a lot of people said that it works if you call them and beg, so I've tried to call them probably 25 times, yet every day it is the same thing - "Nexon America is not currently accepting calls for in-game or account related issues, please try again later." Here is the number so you can try but I just want to know if any of you know something about this number that I don't.

If you call them and ask them for shit about your account, you're ruining your chances of getting unbanned
send a ticket, it could take longer, but it's better than nothing

if you did hack / glitch / cheat / mod / display profanity or whatever
then you're banned. live with it. it's like getting fired from a job, this is the best way Combat Arms can be relative to life....

learn from your mistakes and shut the fuck up and don't do the same shit again

But thats the thing, i never did any hacking or anything when this account got banned, it was out of nowhere i sent a ticket its been 3 months, and nothing...

no need to act like a dick to anybody but flame is fun

My best friend account got banned and he submited a ticket to Nexon. 2 Months later he got unbanned but with a lower rank

In 3 months, you should have CSM already.

You can't just DO NOTHING and they ban you.
