Do a system restore. Use your Recovery Disk to do it. They have instructions on the case. when you get to a step that you have a few options like start up repair, system restore etc. click system restore and follow the steps.

Defrag disks, Ccleaner helps out.. Controlpanel>Uninstall..
I don't really think there are any free programs that fixes your computer like that..
Why don't you just pay some money to get it totally fixed instead? :I
