Glitching help!!!!!

Guys i am amateur Glitcher and i need help.

Whenever I successfully glitch I lose HP why is that and how do i stop it?

Help will be appreciated.

most areas now have a "damage zone" meaning you will lose 20 hp per second ur in there. theres few spots however that they missed. they also have the auto disconnect which im sure u have encountered

yes there are alot u can pm me in game *F*usion-pro or *F*usion_pro theres also the glitch room sticky post where other ppl can teach u look fro glitches posted in the section youtube and shit like that... oh and ^^ Omega ^^ some places u loose 40hp per second and when u go under ground u die instantly (except complex well for now...) just a fact :P

Umm I tried Hakenkreuz glitch where u go under map by A site via ghost spawn area and It gave me a error code how can i glitch without it popping up?
