Why cant we have animated avatars just wondering?

But i seen some1 with one on here.

....dude....i haven't seen anyone with an animated avy on here...trust me...there is no1 with an animated avy....an animated siggy sure, but not avatar

well.....i was trying to upload direct to the site database instead of using a preuploaded external location....but i dun recall a difference in the ACP configuration options for avatar settings when i used vbulliten for KynopiaX3
