I wrote something similar to this in VB6.
Though, what my app does is "ENCAPSULATE" the borderless window to my own 'form'. BUT that failed on Crossfire, works on my other games that tried encapsulation.
The idea was from "WinSniper" if you have heard that.

Nonetheless, your app works better than mine!
