[?How?]Get Camera Orientation

I used gogle like over 20 searches for this topic, however, even after looking through the ENTIRE search results there is nothing helpful. My point is what is the purpose of haveing a help section if the only help people tell you is to figure it out for yourself?

And so you know, ever since three days ago when I found out no one on this site helps, this site has been a LAST resort, so chances are if I aska question I have looked on ************, ********** and many other places and have searched on google already before posting.
