Hello, I'm sorry if this post isn't allowed if so feel free to close it but I was wondering what I would rename this file to PV_L96A1.DTX if I wanted to mod the way it looked?

Umm if ur changing l9 texture you don't Rename that file...
U need to convert to lithtech first then mod how ever u like ><
