Text version:

1.Open COD 4 And Press the key under the esc key on your keyboard.

2.Type this in first /r_fullscreen 0 and press enter

3.Then type /vid_restart and press enter and then it should work.

this works i tried it like 5 times on mine it reduces lag .I fixed text version forgot to put 0 lmao
