Its not Patched, its working fine for me (Vista 32 Bit). I think you all who say Patched or Detected bla bla bla, fail at inject ;D i use PerX and run it as admin but i start the game normal and it works without disconnects try it again ;D (Sometimes it works not, close combat arms and try it again)
Nexon made maintance, what means this hack is patched 90% sure.

Also, for the ones who think it might not work, try Alt+Tab to click "OK" on the button of the pop-up that pops up when you press "Insert", since if you do not, the hack won't work. At least, not for me.
