HELP!!!

Hey everyone,

I want to make an image (video format) with multiple pictures, like a GIF. But the thing is I don't know how too and every time I try a website it ends up never loading!

So if someone can give me a good link or tell me how to using photoshop or do it for me that would be awesome!
