[Solved]Help with ws jumping

help me pls i cant jump when i press ws at same time but i need it for glitching
i think the problem is on my keyboard but where can i find the settings of it??
(i have a leptop) windows vista 32

so..when u push w s and space bar at the same time u cant jump?
might of been z8 that made it so u cant do that
if so, just change the controls

i think its because the laptop..
from my brothers old pc u can just click 4 buttons on same time..perhaps on ure laptop u just can press 2 buttons?

press jump after w after s , w after s not together
