[SOLVED] (help)i won a wepon

hey guys i won a wepon today from bm and when i try to use its not in my inventory like i never won it and i cant post on z8 cuz it wont let me log in and i want to know if there is a solution!! screen shot for proof hang on trying to find !!!

i hade this problem too ...if i won custom and thompson i want to use it but it dont show it in game...then i start crossfire new and it shows and works....

it happned to me too. i won the m4 custom with coupons, and then i tried to use it in game and t didnt show. so i started the game over again and it worked.

when im done with my hw im sending in a support ticket. i dc'ed right when i won it and it didnt show up/
