Because you need a gmail, hotmail, yahoo or other server what z8 accept. And yes walla.com dont support.

This might happen when you're misspelling letters.

Make sure you'll have your Caps Lock OFF.

Also, if you still can't access accounty, you should try recovering it.

If you won't be successfull you need to know that you got hacked.

This might happen due to:

-Keylogger
-Sharing password

So, make sure you'll clean up your system, or you may get all firefox / IE / Google chrome cookies stolen! (all passwords,..)

Hi aggain,

If you want to get your account back you'll need some proofs that this account is accoually yours and its not being scammed.

However, if you'll try to get it that way, frist get proof and then contact support service

(you will find their email somewhere in z8's page.)

They will reply, withing 3 days, and you'll get answer.

Then simply folow their steps, do what they say,..

That's the way how you'll get it back.

Also make sure to talk to them nice .

You will also need to provide the original email that you have supplied for the account. And 2 transaction id's from the account.
