Will Black Ops have VAC enabled?

I was searching for Black Ops (Call of Duty 7) on Steam and I didnt see the VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) logo. I didnt say if BO will be VAC protected.

Does anyone know if it will have a VAC protection?

I maybe won't cheat in BO, but I've cheated in MW2, cuz of all those annoying tubes, g18 akimbos, other hackers, lagg, and more and more things.
