In the ages of the prophet, people who didn't wanted to change to Islam and just wanted to continue to follow their own religion, they had to pay tax so they could be defended from enemy attacks and to live on their lands.

Did you know that the taxes is twice or three times higher just because of religion background? How about you come to.. Sweden and as a Muslim you have to pay 2,000 dollars compare to the normal 500 a Catholic or whatever Swedes do if they did that?

Or simply because you're treated as a second class, also did you know that conversion to Islam was faster to not pay the taxes.. and did you know that many Islamic countries also refuses the minority to change as the high taxes are a good source of income.
