Okay, Something Ruined My Laptop When I Was Downloading MSN.

Now I Needa Reformat My Laptop To When I Bought It. I Have A Dell Inspiron With ALL The CD's Included. Please Help, I'll thank you.

Put the cd in, restart your pc and install windows from the boot.

I Just Reformated. My Bro's Letting Me Use His Laptop. I Can't Connect To The Internet And Stuff. Can You Guys Help? D:
