Need A Pro CA Fixer!!

Ok i am looking for a Pro at Fixing CA To help me out here is what is happening i just really need help i have re-installed my OP system 2 times now just to see if that would fix it and not same thing happens over and over again if there is a Pro CA fixer out there and is willing to help i will let you on my PC and everything...

1. i have no hacks in my CA
2. im not that dumb
