Black ops textures.

Do you need to hex edit them? To change the colour or do you just convert them and edit the picture?

Well if you dont hex edit them they wont work.

So you hex edit the files instead of converting them?

Would there be a tutorial on anywhere on how to do it or even for another game so i can figure out how to do it on bo

Look at the tut's for MW2. But afaik, gun skins/cammos cant be done atm. Only player models.

Gun skins can be done. Its different from MW2 tho.
Someone has red & blue and yellow weapons.

And prob some other people have private textures with weapon colors.

No it's not.
Get me a link from vac2 telling me its bannable.

brightest neon i could get too 255 blue and 255 red
took alot of time to do this 3 nights solid roughtly about 38 hours on this project to get it to go and i knew nothing on how to do it at the start.

Main help from Naka.
and Additional help from Shcker57 staying up those hours and chatting also lol helped me find the colors too

so it is possible if you put time into it to do this.

and there even brighter in game
