Not Solved. Hanging at "Fetching playlists..."

I tried to make my own IWNet server, but it hangs...
It says:

Fetching Playlists ...
Updating Rank and Unlocks Complete.
Connecting to IWNet Complete.

"

And it stays at fetching playlists . . .. . . . .

Help me pl0x.

delete the file C:\Users\Jesse\Documents\Vuze Downloads\Modern Warfare 2 aIW Pre-final\zone\english\mp_playlist.ff or a file that's called almost the same as that.
It worked for me
