Plz help me

Hi! My normal ping is about 50-60 on uk servers! This morning I want to play CF but my ping stays at 240-250 on the uk servers. I live in Romania.
More, sometimes it disconnects me!
Why all these?
What can I do?

ya happend to me too mine is like from 20-70 max but yesterday it went to 200

try using game booster

STOP downloading movies / using ip hider <.<

How would you know?

If the problem is with your network then just turn off anything that could leech your internet (torrents, updates etc.) and just disconnect any other PCs /
