Hack Codes

Which should i use to make hacks? Visual basic 2008 or the old one vb6? and can someone help me with the codes and stuff im new, just want start simple and get to learn how to do it and stuff.

VB6 < = Fail - Ram Eating ******

so i get vb6?
and when ever i download a rar it opens with stupid adobe pile of crap, i got no programs to open a rar what should i do?
