Help (.frm) ?

Ok so every time i finish and i want to save a hack in "vb6" i save it like domihack.frm but when i want to open this file i can't this is what i get

and when i click it it says this

and i don't know what program should i pick to open my hack. Pleas anyone help me get my hack to open

go to file and click make (your hack name here)
it might sat make form1.exe or whatever
