Help!.. Oc CpU

I know this has nothing to do with Hacking what so ever. But Dose any one know and can help me try figure out how to Over clock my cpu on vista i got a intel Celeron 4 540 its @ 1.86ghz i just need to get it to 2.0ghz is this possible and can any one help me out with it?

um even overclocking it that much could be a problem. There is a lot of extra heat generated when you over clock even just a little bit.

I think this is the least informed post i have ever seen.
